PRO SPORTS Winter Dodgeball League

Dodgeball returns this winter for our 13th year. It is so exciting to see so many teams. This season we will offer four levels of play with some cross divisional play for balance and to grow our sport. We feature two intermediate divisions and two recreational divisions including one for new players and players in their first few years.

1. Intermediate (maximum 6 teams per division)
2. Recreational (2 divisions)(maximum 6 teams per division)

All four leagues will play on Sunday's and require a minimum 4 teams to run.  Please review the details and register ASAP.

• Game Day - Sunday between 1pm - 9pm
• Venue - West Ferris Secondary 
• Dates - January 26, 2025 - Pre-Season Fun Night - January 19
• League Dates - January 26 - May 4 - 12 weeks including playoffs and preseason
• Team Fee - $706.25 HST Included 
• We suggest teams of 8-11 players
• Open to players 18 and over
• Players 16-17 can apply to play in league but must be with a parent or guardian and be pre-approved by the league before participating (only two underage players permitted on any team)

• Help from our staff to all teams wanting to learn the game
• We hold a week of exhibition games so new players can learn the game and its rules
• Fantastic sport for mixed teams

• each team plays one hour each week, no sitting around waiting for games

• We use the best balls on the market and keep them fresh
• Players and captains do not need to ref or do league work

• Free Agent fee is $88 includes HST (based on 8 person team)
• Deposit - guarantee your spot with $50.  Deposits must be paid in full to be entered into the first week's schedule.
• Deadline - all teams must be fully paid by February 4, 2025 to be added to the schedule.  No exceptions!

Intermediate League - No restrictions on players 

Recreational League Division 1 - teams can have 4 players from intermediate program but all players must be approved by league (maximum 2 men and 2 women).  

Recreational Division 2 - this league is open to brand new teams and less experienced players and can have only one player intermediate player(male or female) with league experience.  (This player must be approved by our league in order to play rec.)

Free Agents - free agents are players not attached to a team and are looking to have some fun and meet new people.  Pro Sports will create a team for you in both the Recreational and Intermediate divisions.

Pro Sports reserves the right to combine leagues if numbers warrant. We will always try and do what is best for our players and the game as we come back to play our beloved sport. Pro Sports reserves the right to deny entry to any division of play based on eligibility issues.

Please understand that refunds are not possible after certain deadlines. There are no deposit refunds after January 17, 2024. There are no entry fee refunds after January 23, 2024. All programs require booking of facilities, scheduling of games, and the purchase of equipment.  The monies have been spent on your program.   Thank you for your careful planning.

Send your eTransfer to tim@prosportsmanagement.ca.  Choose one of the following:

1. Free agent $80 (includes HST)
2. Team deposit by Captains $50
3. Full team payment by Captains ($625 + HST = 706.50)

Important - please email Tim separately and advise of the incoming eTransfer.  In your letter, advise of the secret question and the answer.   All fee's MUST be paid in full prior to your first game.
