About the Winter League 2019

There are two fall dodgeball leagues.  One goes on Thursday night and the other goes on Sunday night.  Please review the details and register for one or both.


Thursday Night League

  • This league must have a minimum of four teams registered
  • Game nights are Thursdays starting October 11 and finishing December 13 plus playoffs
  • The location is the CFB Base Gymnasium
  • Entry Fee - $615.00 per team plus HST
  • Deposit of $100.00 will secure your spot in the league

OPEN DIVISION TO ALL TEAMS


Free Agents are welcome in both the recreational and intermediate divisions.
Free Agent Cost for these divisions is $85.00 and this includes jersey.

Sunday Night League

  • Game nights are Sunday’s between 3:00pm-9:30pm
  • Location is Chippewa Secondary School and/or West Ferris Secondary
  • The league runs October 14 to December 16 plus playoffs.
  • Entry Fee - $615.00 per team plus HST
  • Deposit of $100.00 will secure your spot in the league

Recreational Division
 

  • This division is intended for new teams and recreational style play.
  • Rec. teams may carry up to four intermediate players but no more than two males
  • Any team with a competitive player must have the person approved for their roster
  • Some competitive players are not permitted to play Rec.


 Intermediate Division

  • May carry up to four competitive players but no more than two males. 
  • Competitive players must be approved for the roster.


Competitive Division

  •  Open to all players


Notes:


  1. There are limited spaces in both leagues.  You should book early.
  2. Free Agents are welcome in both the recreational and intermediate divisions.
  3. Free agent cost for these divisions is $85.00 and this includes jersey and HST.

Payment Options

Refunds

Please understand that refunds are not possible after certain deadlines.  These deadlines are typically 10 days prior to the start-up.  All programs require booking of facilities, scheduling of games, and the purchase of equipment.  The monies have been spent on your program.   Thank you for your careful planning.

eTransfer Option

Send your eTransfer to tim@prosportsmanagement.ca.  Choose one of the following:


  1. Free agent $60 (includes HST)
  2. Team deposit by Captains $50
  3. Full team payment by Captains $570 (includes HST)
  4. Balance team payment by Captains ($520 includes HST)


Important - please email Tim separately and advise of the incoming eTransfer.  In your letter, advise of the secret question and the answer.   All fee's MUST be paid in full prior to your first game.


PayPal Option

All PayPal transactions include the registration fee + HST + 2.9% PayPal fee's


Cash Option
